Crime & Punishment

                                                                 latinotimes.com (2012)

Death penalty is punishment that should be given to murders or terrorisms. Those criminals are killing a lot of inset peoples because of nonsense believes.

In my opinion, jail sentence is one of the best punishments recently. As well during the jail punishment, criminals needs to go through a rehabilitation system and that could lead to better behaviour and social skills.

Joy-riding is a very annoying crimee in the last few years. The best punishments for joy-riders are to bay fines and jail sentence. Farther more, vandalism cases are taking a place in the society these days. Vandals have to go to the jail for short time and they need to have rehabilitations classes. In addition, many teenagers are talented in droning graffiti. But graffiti’s mean problem is that it deforms the walls look. According to Denholm (2012) the punishment depend on the damage that they case, if the damage is more than £5,000 the Offenders could go to jail for 10 years.

All political people need to be careful of breaking the low, because they are role models in the society. Any political person who breaks the low, they need to pay a fine and redundant from the position.

In case the police needs to search a citizen. The first thing the have to do is to show the warrant to prove that he is allowed to search any one. Although, is not polite to stop any person and search him without knowing the reason.

The government should build a big home or shelter for homeless people. Other ways, homeless people are usually staying or sleeping in shop doorways. And that could affect the view of the shop.

Smoking cannabis should be forbidden in all societies and countries. It damages the smoker health and many studies showed that it is one of the main reasons of lungs cancer. Dr Checinski (2007) said “Recent reports on the damage to lungs caused by smoking cannabis - that one joint can be equal to five cigarettes - are probably true.” Also, parents who smoke cannabis could affect their children with dangerous diseases.
